Led the structuring and development of Small States Asset Class (SAC), an initiative to establish a commercial financial ecosystem facilitating access to capital and economic development for small states. Defined the organization’s core architecture and supported implementation through pilot initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Advised on ecosystem development and stakeholder engagement, including collaboration with the Arctic Circle Forum and exploration of the Arctic Circle Index research initiative.

University of Alaska Fairbanks (NSF)

Advised the University of Alaska Fairbanks on a proposal for the U.S. National Science Foundation Regional Innovation Engines program focused on critical minerals. Structured a multi-stakeholder program integrating research, commercialization, workforce development, and regional growth.

The proposal represents approximately US$160M in potential funding over ten years. The University is currently a finalist.

Led strategic and execution support for Vale across the full lifecycle of the Moatize project, from IFC-led bid to feasibility and development. Played a central role in securing the mining concession.

Directed development of bankable feasibility studies for a multi-billion-dollar project, leading a team of 26 across engineering, infrastructure, environmental, financial, and legal workstreams. Delivered studies exceeding US$200M in scope under accelerated timelines.

Vale / Caemi

Advised Vale on antitrust approval and divestiture execution related to the Caemi acquisition. Led regulatory strategy and implementation.

Led European commercial initiatives for Heineken and product launches for Swim Essentials via Sunwave Brands, focusing on market development and execution.
