Hanh Disch-Le is the Founder and General Counsel of Strategic International Management LLC (SIM). She brings more than 20 years of international experience advising boards, executive leadership teams, and investors on strategic growth initiatives, corporate development, governance transformation, and cross-border transactions.
Her career spans senior advisory roles across industrials, natural resources, energy transition, biotechnology, and innovation-driven sectors. She has led and structured complex initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, regulatory navigation strategies, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Ms. Disch-Le combines legal and governance expertise with strategic and commercial insight. This interdisciplinary foundation allows her to align transaction structuring, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and operational execution within a unified strategic framework.
